Morwenna

Tom Cunliffe is one of sailing’s biggest personalities. Tom is a prolific author, a prizewinning TV and radio presenter, and an outstanding public speaker. As the author of Hand, Reef & Steer, and a regular contributor to Yachting Monthly, SAIL and Yachting World, Tom is both highly respected and ably qualified to get the best out of Morwenna. You have an opportunity to learn from a recognised expert in the field.
In his TV series The Boats That Built Britain Tom described the Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter as “the finest sailing boat design ever. Fast, seaworthy and beautiful to behold, the pilot cutter is the perfect combination of form and function - a thoroughbred perfectly adapted to a life in one of the Britain's most treacherous stretches of water”.
Tom, will be skippering Morwenna, our 45 ft, gaff rigged, Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter and you will be able to sail with him, to pick his brains, to have a good sail and a fantastic experience!
Sailing with Tom is an opportunity for everyone to get as involved as they want in the actual sailing of the yacht. Tom and his Mate will demonstrate how the boat works and guide you, so you are confident to sail the boat. The man that wrote the manual will explain all you need to know.
More information about Tom can be found on his website, www.tomcunliffe.com.
